A team of mission-driven enablers
On June 16, UCCTC member OriginClear won the inaugural China BlueTech Awards along with PaveDrain from Milwaukee. 30 entrants from Europe, Israel and North America focusing on water and wastewater technology with the immediate ability to be absorbed into the Chinese market contested the award.
GCVS is the first professional international Summit in China dedicated to “clean” and “green” cars. GCVS aims to promote international cooperation in clean vehicle technology, advance policy and marketing exchanges, and encourage clean vehicle development and manufacturing in China and around the world.
In order to promote environmental technologies and industrial cooperation between China and U.S, Foreign Environment Cooperation Office at Ministry of Environmental Protection of China (FECO/MEP) and UCCTC officially signed a MOU on June.20th 2016 in Beijing.
On May 10, UCCTC hosted the U.S. China Cleantech Innovation Forum in Pasadena. Nearly 200 leaders from the Chinese and American business, government and technology sectors attended the forum, which provided a platform to share ideas and research, cultivate connections both in research and in investment and discuss policy in the field of renewable energy technology.
The 2015 US Clean Water CEO Trade Mission, organized by UCCTC and with support from the US Department of Commerce, wrapped up last week with successful visits to Wujin, Yixing, and Shanghai. The delegation consisted of Executives from several leading US water clean tech companies, including: BDP, Halosource, Origin Clear, Selecto and i2M.
